Your broker is always available via phone, email or text. We also have an in-house lender, lawyer, and title company who can answer any question you have.

We have a closed Facebook group as well as regular coaching and video training. We also have monthly sales calls that you can participate in. With fewer Realtors coming into the office, we offer a more manageable way to do real estate while stilling feeling connected.
Where can find resources on prospecting and the sales process?
We have a robust library of all kinds of templates, systems, scripts, etc on a wide variety of subject. Whether you want to work with expired listings, open houses, or simply come with a better way to stay in touch with past clients, you will find all you need on our web site. Part of your onboarding process is to determine your business goals and how to achieve them through effective prospecting.
What paperwork is involved in transferring my license to White Rock Realty?
A sponsorship request is sent through TREC to you, click accept and it's done. You will also sign an offer letter and independent contractor agreement, but that's it.
