- Keep 100% of ALL commissions. No split, no cap, no other fees. One sale covers entire year.

Commission Option #3
- No monthly fee
- $500 transaction fee
- $85 transaction fee per lease side
- $50 annual E&O fee
- $400 annual fee
- All commercial transactions are split 95/5 with no cap
- $15 per month for an agent website (Optional)
- Annual Cap of $6000. After cap is met, agent keeps 100% of commission. Resets at anniversary date.
